Festival Rules

1. You are responsible for set-up and clean up of your assigned area. Check in time on Friday is between 12 PM and 7 PM; on Saturday between 7 AM and 9 AM. If a different weekday is needed let us know.

2. The area you are assigned is where you will be. There will be no change of location.

3. All booths are subject to committee approval.

4. Standard spaces will be about 20’ x 20’.Please note everything is required to fit inside your space at all times. We will be inspecting everyone’s spaces.

5. This is an outdoor area so be prepared for this type of environment. This is a rain or shine event. We do not offer any refunds for weather related conditions or cancellations of the event.

6. You are allowed to pull up to your booth to unload; Vehicles must be in the designated parking areas by 9:30 AM prior to festival starting. We will not allow anyone to drive through the festival grounds from Saturday 9:31 AM - 6:01 PM and Sunday 9:45 Am-4:01 PM.

7. NO DOGS, NO BIKES, NO PLASTIC SQUIRT MATERIAL.

8. Any company or vendor that has any rules on others selling the same product will not receive a refund if there is already a vendor registered selling that same product. Please call (757)270-1338 before sending application in to check. We will hold your space for 7 days to receive your application.

9. No fresh whole peaches will be sold by anyone other than the Ruritan Club.

11. Peach Festival is a two day event. Vendors must attend both days and stay for the full day (Saturday until 6 PM, Sunday until 4 PM). If you fail to comply with this rule you will not be allowed back next year.

12. Refunds, cancellations or transfers: No refunds or credits will be issued to any request received after June 1st. Please understand all refund requests will be subject to board approval prior to refund being issued. NOTE: We do not furnish any electrical power, tents, or water. Vendor entrance is at 126 Brumley Road, Knotts Island, NC 27950
