Food Vendor Information for 2022 Peach Festival

Saturday, July 30th - Sunday, July 31st

Size 15x30 cost $300

This is the 39th annual event we have on a normal year 7000-10000 in attendance.

Your ticket fee will include the Nc Health Dept inspection fees.

All food vendor tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable! This is a rain or shine event and you are responsible to fill out all necessary paperwork and return to us. The paperwork is located HERE

We will send 1 email with the package and if needed make 1 phone call to you requesting the package.

Rules:

1. All required health department paperwork has to be turned in by 12am July 8, 2022. We will email you the forms to send back to us. A menu needs to be sent with this package. Failure to return this package by the due date will result in your ticket being suspended.

2. Sells of Pork BBQ ( chopped pulled or sliced) are prohibited

3. Sells Of Whole Peaches are Prohibited

4. Sells of Peach flavored Ice cream is Prohibited

5. Sells of any alcohol are prohibited

6. Break Down is not allowed until the end of the day.

7. Prices must be clearly visible to the public.

8. All food vendors must have to be NC State certified unless the health department gives us an exemption ( some agricultural stuff and pre-package stuff will not require inspection)

9. You are responsible and required to clean your area to your preset-up status. Any boxes, trash, and oil left on the grounds will carry a littering fine from Currituck County Sheriff’s office. Breaking any of these rules will have you removed from the festival without a refund.

Please note if you have a NC Food License or were deemed exempt on Sunday Evening we will return the $75 fee charged by the Health Department in the form of a Business check made payable to the name on the application.

We only limit the sale of items listed that we sell as our fundraiser they are Ruritan-only items. Please respect that another food vendor may carry items like yours.
