Vendor Information

1. You are responsible for the set-up and clean-up of

your assigned area. Check-in time is Saturday the 29th between 7 AM and 9:30 AM.

2. The area you are assigned is where you will be. There will be no change of location. You will receive a map and your booth assignment three days prior to the event.

3. All vendors and items are subject to committee approval. If you have questions please email those questions first. Only returning direct sales vendors will be allowed.

4. Standard spaces will be about 12’ x 12’. The large Space will be 20’ X 12’, Please note everything is required to fit inside your space at all times. Vendors may not share spaces. We will be inspecting everyone’s spaces.

5. This is an outdoor area so be prepared for this type of environment. This is a rain or shine event. We do not offer any refunds for weather-related conditions or cancellations of the event.

6. You are allowed to pull up to your booth to unload; Vehicles must be in the designated parking areas by 9:45 AM prior to the festival starting. We will not allow anyone to drive through the festival grounds from Saturday 9:45 AM - 4:01 PM.

7. NO BIKES, or NO PLASTIC SQUIRT MATERIAL.

8. No direct sales vendors unless you are returning vendor. Any new direct sales vendors will ask to attend the festival from The Festival Committee.

9. Any company or vendor that has any rules on others selling the same product will not receive a refund if there is already a vendor registered selling that same product. Please call (757)270-1338 before sending the application in to check availably. All items must be created 70% by the vendor.

11. Vendors are required to attend for the full day (Saturday until 4 PM). If you fail to comply with this rule you will not be allowed back next year or future events. Please know if you have booked both events and you do not follow those rules. You will not receive a refund and you will not be allowed to the other events.

12. Refunds, cancellations, or transfers: No refunds or credits will be issued to any request received after April 5th. Please understand all refund requests will be subject to board approval prior to the refund being issued. Refunds will not be issued until after May 1, 2023

NOTE: We do not furnish any electrical power, tents, or water. The vendor entrance is at 126 Brumley Road, Knotts Island, NC 27950
